About Mrs. Pierce

Hello! Mrs. Pierce here. I earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Psychology and Sociology from Texas State University, followed by a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Psychology, Counseling, and Career & Technology. Recently, I completed the final requirements for a second Master of Science in General Psychology, with a focus on multiculturalism and theology. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have two amazing sons and our beloved pet, Majesty.
Family
I love dancing, singing, and most importantly, spending time with my family and friends. I'm a true music lover, enjoying a wide range of genres from Bluegrass to Hip-Hop. My ultimate favorites are R&B, Gospel, and Oldie Goldies, whether it's Motown classics or Country hits.

I’ve been with NYOS since 2010. Before joining the NYOS team, I was an integral part of the transition and vocational program at Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville.
TAFE Kids
My students are the best part of my job. I enjoy helping them find the best within and aiding them in identifying their talents and creativity.  My students discover that success comes with patience, effort, and perseverance.
I look forward to a GREAT year and am so excited about the dual credit course that will be added to our CTE sequence this school year.
